Home Exercise Program
Ninja Jumps
Ninja jumps are quick two footed jumps with a landing nobody can hear. Here is what they build and what to watch for at home.
01Home Exercise
Power up, quiet down.
Ninja jumps build leg power on the way up and teach a child to absorb force on the way down, spreading the landing through bending ankles, knees and hips instead of taking it in one stiff jolt. That landing control is what protects joints on a playground and keeps a child steady coming off a step. Watch for both feet leaving and landing together, knees tracking over the toes rather than falling inward, and a landing you can barely hear.
