Pediatric Therapy Resources in Westchester County
An hour in the clinic is an hour. The rest of the week belongs to you, and nobody expects a parent to remember every cue from a session while also making dinner. So we put the things families ask for most in one place: exercises on video you can replay, the toys and equipment we actually use, what your pediatrician needs in order to write a prescription, and the questions we get asked at the front desk in Port Chester and Mt Kisco. If you want more reading, there is the blog, and the FAQ answers insurance, session length and the prescription question directly.
What to reach for between visits.

Exercise Videos
Short demonstrations grouped by age, so you can watch the movement again instead of trying to remember it.

Home Exercise Program
The school age program, one exercise per page, from downward dog and ninja jumps to superman crunch.

Products We Like
Toys and tools we use in the office that you may want at home, across baby, toddler, equipment and supplies.

Physician Resources
The ICD-10 codes and referral details your pediatrician needs to write a prescription for pediatric therapy.

What are all these resources actually for?
Graduating you. The whole arc of care here runs from the day you find us to the day your child no longer needs direct services, and the home program is what carries the middle of that. You cannot do it alone, and you are not meant to. A therapist shows you the movement, you practise it in the ordinary minutes of the week, and the next session builds on what happened at home. That is why these pages exist and why they are free to use, whether you are a current family in Port Chester or Mt Kisco or you found us this morning and have not booked anything yet.
